Department Responsibilities
Legal & Legislative Drafting Advisory: Review the implementation of the Constitution and existing laws, recommending legislative enactments, amendments, or repeals.
Counsel & Litigation Support: Provide formal legal counsel to Party committees, assist in designated litigation, and maintain a roster of legal institutions and professionals.
